Customer Service Information

Our customer service department is striving for same day results in email questions. Please keep in mind that we get hundreds of emails weekly.
If you have a friend that uses our service that has an address change, wants anything edited in his/her ad or has any changes to the ad, this request MUST come in writing, direct from the prisoner. Please ask your friend to write us direct. We do this to protect the privacy of their ad.
The normal processing time for an ad (once we have received all the elements of the ad) is 6 to 8 weeks. We usually have the ad processed sooner, but ask that you allow at least 6 weeks before contacting us.
