Hi, my name is Alaina Mercer.  I am seeking legal help with a sentence reduction and charge correction.  In short, my lawyer had me sign a plea under false pretenses.  I signed a plea agreement for first degree murder accessory before the fact and it was later amended to first degree murder.  I was sentenced to 75 years with 15 years suspended, which was outside my guide lines.  I don't feel comfortable going into a bunch of details but do hope that someone would find compassion to reach out, hear me out, and help me.
