To whom this letter may concern. When time allows you to receive this letter I pray it finds you in the best of spirits and in very good health. As far as myself I am staying very strong with the help of GOD and you as a new friend. First of all I would like to start this letter off by introducing myself as you now know my name is Derwin White. I am 61 years old 8-18-62.  I am a High School Grad.  I am from Toledo, Ohio. I am a black man. I have been in prison 17 straight years with 15 more to serve, that could change at any time.
