Hello, thank you for stopping at my profile . . . Troy is what I go by and I'll be 43 shortly (August 2nd, 2024). I was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (U.S.A.) but have spent most of my adult life behind bars. I've been in jail on this current sentence since 2010 and anticipate freedom sometime in 2028 but pray for release sooner, Lord willing.

My motivation for placing this ad is to meet people from all walks of life, creating meaningful, lasting relationships. I am not seeking purely romantic relationships, though in a perfect world a beautiful woman willing and able to “hold me down” in every sense of the phrase throughout the remainder of my sentence would be a real blessing.

Honestly, I would love to “own” mail call within the institution. I want to feel alive. I want to fill photo albums with pictures from my new friends as they share themselves and their experiences with me. I seek to imagine how food tastes, what the weather's like, etc. as I view the pictures.

There are some good men within these walls yet I want to communicate with people outside with various views and perceptions, mainly positive.

I also want to write an urban novel, so to find someone who could assist me with insight, research, etc. would be huge.

I spend most of my free time watching sports, listening to music and making cards (thinking of you, ect.). I hope to spend some of it on you moving forward.

I prefer written communication because I feel as though I can thoughtfully express myself better in most instances and I don't have to jockey for position in phone lines or deal with a time restraint. I do have email access through the Bureau of Prisons system called CorrLinks, so if you choose to respond you can send your phone and email information if you'd like.

In the end, I'm simply a caged heart looking for freedoms of friendships & love. When I speak of Love, it's not purely romantic. I'm talking about caring, understanding, accepting people for who they are not trying to change them yet encouraging them to be better visions of themselves.
