I'm all in on bettering myself, taking life moment to moment one step at a time on the road to my destination.

On this path I'm walking, I like to enjoy laughter whenever possible and appreciate life's possibilities regardless of my situation.

I do my best to take care of my health in all facets; physically I work out 20 minutes a day. I also take time out daily focusing on my spiritual well-being. Most importantly I'm of my mental well being; so that I may stay present at all times-not projecting into the future, while not living in the past. Being present in the moment is very important to me.
