My name is Randy Stevens. I have been fighting for justice for the past 12 long years. I am 55 years of age, very outgoing and active. I was born June 2, 1969. I have been married 4 times, all of which I have divorced. I am the father of 14 wonderful children and have somewhere around 30 or so grandbabies and one brand new granddaughter born this year.

In 2022 my case was finally accepted by the STATE OF MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE CONVICTION INTEGRITY UNIT, they only take cases of “actual innocence”. They are now actively working the case. I have the love and support of my children, friends and loved ones. I have been wrongfully convicted of a crime that requires no evidence whatsoever; only requires an allegation be made. My case is and was a true credibility contest case of he said she said, NO DIRECT EVIDENCE whatsoever, NO DNA EVIDENCE, NO EYE WITNESS EVIDENCE. I have been falsely and wrongfully convicted, based on the lies of a single person. My 15-year-old stepdaughter falsely accused me of molesting her. In 2013 she learned for the first time ever who her biological father was that she never knew of, prior to that I had been the only father she had ever known. I raised her from the age of 2 years old to 15. After she learned who her father was and started having visitation and overnight stays at his home is when false allegations started. Once she started the visitations she requested that my ex-wife sign off her parental rights that she wanted to go live with her father and wanted him to have full custody of her, my ex-wife told her that she would not sign off her parental rights that she wanted to go live with her father and wanted him to have full custody of her. My ex-wife told her that she would not sign off her parental rights and allow her father to get custody. My ex-wife planted a false seed in her head as she told my step daughter that the only way she was ever going to live with her father and the only way he could get custody was if she had been molested, “TWO WEEKS LATTER”, she made false allegations I was touching her. This is all testimony that was given at my trial by my ex-wife, my ex-wife further testified that if these acts of sexual abuse were happening she would not have ever missed them. She testified that the allegations of sexual abuse 2 to 4 times a week as claimed by her step by my step daughter could not have happened as she would not have missed it. She also testified that the allegations of me and my stepdaughter having sex after my stepdaughter came home from school could not have happened as all 8 of or children went to school together and all came home together, that there was always somebody there in our home. At no time during any of my court proceedings were any of my other children who lived in the house seven in total were not allowed to testify at pre-trial or my trial, my lawyer called no witnesses at all, the trial lasted a week. THE COURT AND PROSECUTION BOTH RELIED ON AND USED IN MY TRAIL 100% Highly “false” prejudicial evidence under MRE (Michigan Rules evidence) under 404b. The false evidence was never corrected “until” two years after my trial, the jury never was aware that the evidence the state used against me was later proven false by the trial court itself. Without the false evidence I would not have ever been wrongly convicted. My step daughter's credibility was called into question and she was impeached several times, she could not keep her lies straight.

I am seeking friendship and maybe more with the right person, I am seeking life long lasting friendships with people that care. I don't even want anybody sending any money to me.. My prison account is $20,000 in the hole due to me fighting for justice all these years.
